Rates & Terms
The mediator’s fees are charged by the hour. The Portland, Oregon rate is $400 per hour. The hourly rate of the mediator is adjusted up or down in other markets based on comparing the Oregon rate to the rates charged by Summers’ peers in each market. CIA for all estimated per diem and travel expenses plus one-half day (4 hours) fee, nonrefundable. Advances apply to actual expenses and time charged.
